Tourism Plus Shanghai (TPS) is a global cutting-edge expo cluster of the comprehensive tourism industry. It is held in Shanghai to improve tourism destinations, promote investment and cooperation in tourism-related industries and thus empower the whole industry chain. As an exhibition cluster, TPS is an agglomeration of the following sections: tourism resource development & investment; hotels, commercial property & other tourist facilities; catering equipment & food; modes of transportation and outdoor activities; and international events & important forums. It has been included in the Shanghai High-quality Tourism Project of the “14th Five-Year” Plan to help Shanghai become the tourism investment gateway in Asia.
